Service Fees
Thank you for considering Psychiatric Guidance for your mental heath needs.
We are currently accepting private pay and the following insurances. A receipt can be provided to submit to your health insurance provider, FSAs, HRAs, HSAs, or MSAs for reimbursement.
After the initial assessment, a membership plan is available for those clients requiring frequent visits to manage chronic symptoms. Ask your provider if you are eligible.
Payments: Full Payment must be paid prior to services rendered.

Legal Fees:
| Medical fees(Chart reviews, in court appearances, communication between the provider and the patient’s legal representative. | $2000/hour rounded to the nearest hour. This is due at time of service. |
